The machine tool is affected by the temperature change of the workshop environment, the heat generated by the motor and the friction heat of the mechanical movement, the cutting heat and the cooling medium, which will lead to uneven temperature rise of each part of the machine tool, resulting in changes in the shape accuracy and machining accuracy of the machine tool. We can give a simple example, processing a 70mm×1650mm screw on a CNC milling machine with ordinary precision, the workpiece milled at 7:30-9:00 in the morning is compared with the workpiece processed at 2:00-3:30 in the afternoon, The cumulative error can vary up to 85m.
