Control method of CNC machining speed

CNC machining is developing towards high efficiency and high efficiency. These include CNC machining speed control. In order to achieve the maximum efficiency of the working stroke, the moving parts must accelerate to the high-speed stroke in a short time and stop immediately during the high-speed stroke. Therefore, it is necessary to control the processing speed of the CNC machining center.
Based on the idea of open control, an automatic acceleration and deceleration control method for CNC machine tools based on arbitrary curves is proposed. The automatic acceleration and deceleration control technology is developed from the traditional fixed mode to a new flexible mode, which explores a new way to effectively improve the dynamic performance of CNC machine tools.


1. Flexible acceleration and deceleration control device
In CNC machining, the specific speed automatic control function is generally directly realized by the system program. In this way, the acceleration and deceleration characteristics of the system can be changed, and the NC program can also be modified through the addition and subtraction control, so that ordinary users cannot make the CNC machine tool have the best acceleration and deceleration performance according to their wishes. Therefore, we propose a flexible acceleration and deceleration control method based on the principle of database, which divides the acceleration and deceleration control into acceleration and deceleration description and execution, and separates it from the system program. The software has designed a general control channel that has nothing to do with the acceleration and deceleration database, and can independently perform acceleration and deceleration calculations and trajectory control.


2. Automatic acceleration control system for flexible CNC machining
The acceleration curve, analysis curve and non-analysis curve are established, and they are stored as a numerical table as a template in the acceleration and deceleration curve library.


3. Automatic deceleration control system for flexible CNC machining
Acceleration controls are stored in a library of acceleration and deceleration profiles in the form of digital tables. Proper automatic acceleration and deceleration control is crucial to ensure the dynamic performance of CNC machine tools. The traditional automatic acceleration and deceleration control based on a fixed curve, due to the lack of flexibility, it is difficult to ensure that the acceleration and deceleration process is coordinated with the performance of the machine tool, and it is also difficult to optimize the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool motion.
