When using precision mechanical parts to process workpieces, sensor technology is used for process identification, that is, to determine whether the executed process is the process required to process the workpiece (workpiece); to determine whether the workpiece or blank input to the machine tool to be processed is the workpiece to be processed Or blank; and determine whether the installation posture of the workpiece meets the requirements of the process specification.


In addition, through workpiece identification and workpiece installation monitoring, the machining allowance and surface defects of the processed blank or workpiece can be detected.
