In the whole process of CNC machining, different main parameters of CNC inserts will form different drilling shapes, thus forming different tool shapes. It will cause direct harm to the reliability and process performance of the entire drilling process. Under ideal conditions, when milling with arc-edged diamond blades, when processing soft metal materials, the processed surface of the product workpiece will produce contour peaks and contour valleys. The distance between them is called the basic theoretical surface roughness. Its size is equivalent to f2/8 R (f is the cutting speed, R is the arc half warp of the CNC blade). So what aspects should be paid attention to when CNC machining tools? Let us grasp the following sentence together:
1. The tool must be clamped firmly and not too short in the collet;
2. Before each cable cutter, check whether the CNC machining blade meets the regulations. The length of the cable cutter should be determined according to the production and processing depth value indicated in the process table. Generally, the cable cutter with a slightly better 3 mm should consider whether the collet collides;
3. In the case of very deep production and processing, you can communicate with the programmer, and consider using the method of 2 times the cable knife as appropriate, that is, first shorten the length from half to 2/3, and wait for the production and processing to a deeper part. Make the cable longer, which can improve the efficiency of production and processing;
4. When using the extended cable nozzle, it is especially necessary to grasp the depth of the knife, and data information such as the length of the knife is required;
5. Before the CNC machining blade is installed on the machine, use a cleaning towel to clean the part where the finish matches each other, and the opposite part of the CNC lathe tool cover is also clean, so as to prevent the iron pins on the mating surface from endangering the precision and damaging the CNC lathe;
6. Generally, the sharp knife setting method is used for the length of the CNC blade (the state uses the tool setting in the tool), and the tool status marked on the program flow chart should be carefully checked when setting the tool;
7. When the program ends or the tool is checked again, attention should be paid to whether the deep tool can be connected to the front. Generally, the 0.mm line can be adjusted first, and then adjusted according to the state;
8. For rotary retractable blades, if water-soluble cutting oil is used, it should be maintained with lubricating grease for several hours every half a month, so that the internal parts of the blade can be lubricated and protected from damage.
