Generally, iron products will rust, which is a basic knowledge. Many people know that CNC parts processing or parts as bearings are easy to rust due to improper storage conditions or rust prevention, but it is basically not enough to use mechanical methods to deal with it. Chemical pickling will damage the accuracy of parts. What methods can be used to remove rust? Let's talk about my experience and methods:
No damage to the workpiece, no change to the parts, no corrosion. Rework or repair high-precision parts. Floating rust is generated on the surface of parts due to improper storage or transportation. Corin-306 can perfectly remove floating rust and ensure the original accuracy.
(1) Soaking cleaning process:
1. Add professional cleaning solution into the tank (it is recommended to use plastic or stainless steel tank to reduce the iron ion penetration into the solution and reduce the service life);
2. Use an electric heater to heat to 40-50 ℃ and keep it at normal temperature, which can only be prolonged;
3. Immerse the hardware processing parts into the tank;
(2) Wiping and cleaning process:
1. Wipe repeatedly with a rag, which is suitable for cleaning and derusting large equipment or workpieces;
2. After wiping, dry it with hot air or apply anti rust oil after natural drying.
