(1) The origin of the workpiece coordinate system (tool point) is the centerline of the cylindrical hole (or cylindrical surface)
a. Rod dial indicator (or dial indicator) tool
The working method is troublesome and inefficient, but the tool accuracy is high, and the accuracy requirements of the tested hole are also high. Do not use only hinge or boring holes or rough holes.
b. Use edge search knife
This method is simple, intuitive and has high tool accuracy, but it requires high accuracy for measuring holes.
(2) The origin of the workpiece coordinate system (at the tool point) is the intersection of two orthogonal lines
a. How to use touch sensing (or test cutting)
This operation method is relatively simple, but there are traces on the surface of the workpiece, and the precision of the sword is low. A proportion must be added between the tool and the workpiece to subtract the thickness of the tool so as not to damage the surface of the workpiece. In this way, the matching knife of standard mandrel and sealing gauge can also be used.
This step is similar to the tool matching the tool, except for the radius of the tool moving to the contact point of the viewfinder. The method is simple and the blade precision is high.
(3) Tool z Direction Tool
The tool data in the z direction of the tool is determined by the trim length of the tool on the tool handle and the zero point position in the z direction of the workpiece coordinate system, which is located at the zero point position of the workpiece coordinate system of the workpiece coordinate system.
You can use the tool to contact the tool directly, or you can use the z-direction setting manager to create an accurate tool. It works the same way as Find Edge. The tool is also used to make the end point of the tool contact the surface of the workpiece or the side of the z-direction setter, and use the machine coordinate display to determine the value of the tool. When fitting tools using the z-direction setting manager, consider the height of the z-direction setting manager.
In addition, if different tools are used as tools when machining the workpiece, the distance from each tool to the zero point of the z coordinate is also different. Because the difference of these distances is the length compensation value of the tool, the length of each tool must be measured with the machine tool or special tool (such as the pre-adjustment of the tool) and recorded in the tool list for the use of the machine tool workers.
