1. Check the level of lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool;
2. Check whether there is enough coolant in the coolant tank, and add it in time;
3. Check the height of the pneumatic triple oil level, which is about 2/3 of the height of the entire oil pipe. Filter the water gas in the oil tank from the triple filter element every day, and discharge it through the drain switch;
4. Check the air pressure, loosen the adjustment knob, press the right-handed pressure booster, and press the left-handed decompression principle to adjust the pressure;
5. Check whether the air blowing through the cone hole in the spindle is normal, wipe the cone hole in the spindle with a clean cotton cloth, and then spray light lubricating oil;
6. Clean the arm and tool in the tool magazine, especially the claw;
7. Clean the exposed limit switches and touch blocks;
8. Carry out cutting and oil removal on the workbench, inside the machine tool, and on the three-axis telescopic cover;
9. Check all signal indicators and whether the abnormal sound indicators are normal;
10. Check whether there is oil leakage in the oil pressure component pipe;
11. The machine tool must be cleaned after the daily work;
12. Keep the environment around the machine clean and tidy.
